My path began with engineering drawings on my mother’s desk and led me through software, networks, entrepreneurship, war, and relocation — ultimately bringing me to CNC machine shops in Europe and the UK. Across every chapter, one theme remained constant: turning complexity into precision, and experience into leadership.
In CNC manufacturing, scrap is not just a defect — it is a mathematical signal of how the entire system behaves over time. By treating scrap as a dynamic model and applying control theory, we can predict, stabilise, and systematically reduce it long before bad parts reach inspection.
A journey through CNC shops and manufacturing floors reminded me that the highest precision is more than a technical skill — it is an act of character. Behind every perfect part stand craftsmen whose patience, discipline, and quiet heroism keep the dignity of skilled work alive.
I combine time‑served CNC machining experience, a UK RQF Level 6 engineering degree, metrology skills, and people‑first leadership. My focus: safer, more efficient, and continuously improving machine shop performance built on trust and craftsmanship.
For me, every shift in the machine shop is a chance to grow — solving complex setups, supporting the team, and building the mindset of a future supervisor who leads by example and continuous improvement.
Beyond the QC department, a supervisor’s direct involvement in quality control is crucial. From visual and dimensional checks to in‑process monitoring and documentation, these methods ensure precision, reduce scrap, and build trust right from the workstation.
