I was born into a respectable family where my mother worked as a mechanical design engineer of the first category, with more than 40 years of experience. Since childhood, I was surrounded by engineering drawings — gearboxes, reducers, and various mechanisms in 2D. Later, after graduating from university, I began to see those same mechanisms in 3D.
Mechanisms were everywhere — and that fascinated me. I always loved this field and admired my mother’s talent for technical drawing, from aircraft parts to components for nuclear power plants.
🛠️ From Software Engineer to CNC Machinist — How My Life Changed Its Course
After graduating from university with a specialist degree, I was invited to join a company developing websites and web applications, as I had been one of the top students. Some time later, I received a more financially rewarding offer — a position as an Engineer of Automated Control Systems.
There, I worked on developing and testing high-precision fuel control systems for locomotives. Later, I received an even more promising contract in the field of network technologies, where I spent several years building internet and local computing networks for an internet service provider.
After that, I founded my own IT company, offering a wide range of services — from web development to designing and maintaining local networks, as well as providing IT support for large companies, factories, and retail chains.
💪 Crisis, Resilience, and a Turning Point
During the COVID-19 crisis, I managed to save my company. At times, I worked two jobs and even gave my own salary to my employees to keep their trust during those difficult days.
But then came a crisis far greater than COVID — war. It forced me to leave my home, led to the loss of my family, and made me start from nothing.
Yet even after losing almost everything materially, I preserved what truly matters — myself, my love for people, my knowledge, and my experience. I did not give up then, and I still do not. I know my purpose — and I move towards it with confidence and strength.
🔹 From Crisis to Leadership
I have travelled far, seen countless places — cities of gold and rose. I have heard many sounds: from the quiet hum of computer fans to the roar of steam turbines at power plants.
I have bent, milled, and drilled metal — giving it incredible shapes with precision down to one micron.
I have built fibre-optic network aggregation nodes for corporations — both for internal LAN access and external internet infrastructure. I have built teams, observed, and taught others. Tens of thousands of clients and hundreds of employees found happiness and success through our work.
I have written software, created websites, and built styles and images that turned products and people into world-class trends. And I am proud that higher forces have allowed me to continue this journey — the path of a teacher, leader, and creator.
Supervising Automation and People in Poland
Before moving to the UK, I worked in Poland at LG, serving as a production line supervisor on a large-scale automated assembly line that combined robotic stations with human operators — all working in one synchronised flow.
Organising production in such an environment meant maintaining a continuous cycle where even a few seconds of downtime were unacceptable. Decision-making had to be instant, and component supply had to be flawless to keep the line moving.
It was a demanding yet deeply rewarding role. I was consistently among the top-performing supervisors, as my sense of responsibility and technical insight ensured that the line — involving 300+ people and over 100 robots and CNC units — never stopped.
But as time went on, circumstances and global realities changed, and I made the decision to relocate to another country — the United Kingdom, partly due to the proximity of conflict in Ukraine.
🔹 Building Precision and Purpose in the UK
Now I am in the United Kingdom — a remarkable country full of opportunities, and I am truly grateful to be here, contributing to the development of this wonderful place.
If I am here and now, it is not by chance. I am ready to share my experience and demonstrate my abilities — not only in management, but also in the intelligent allocation of resources to achieve outstanding results. I know exactly where to find what is needed and how to use it wisely.
As soon as I moved to the UK, I received a contract from Penn Elcom Ltd as a CNC machine operator — bending and shaping metal under my direction. Within a year, I not only completed all current production tasks but also processed and reshaped stock metal that had been stored in the warehouse for over 10 years.
I reached the top of my position, but my potential could not be limited. So I started searching for new opportunities for growth and development, because I knew I could bring much more value.
Later, I received an offer from a global manufacturing giant — TE Connectivity, where I found new challenges and new horizons. There, I met inspiring professionals and learned even more than at any previous stage.
🎯 Today: Precision Work with a Strategic Vision
Today, I perform high-precision, almost jewellery-level work on CNC sliding head lathes, shaping non-ferrous metals with micron-level accuracy. Every piece I create feels like a small work of art — and I genuinely enjoy admiring the results of my craftsmanship.
At this stage, I am focused on further growth and realising my full potential. My true calling lies in organising efficient production processes and reducing scrap to zero.
I already have several ideas and a drafted strategy to elevate the department’s performance to the top level — and I am ready to make it happen.
Let us make the future happen now. And I will help you do it. Are you ready to take your enterprise to the next level?
